COLLEGE MINSTRY INTERN

Gracie grew up in Indian Trail, North Carolina, where she was deeply involved in and connected to the church body there. In 2022, she moved to Chapel Hill for university. She first visited Waypoint this past spring, and it quickly became a place where she felt at home and decided to pursue membership. 

 

She is currently in her final year of undergrad at UNC Chapel Hill, where she is getting her BA in both Global Studies and Psychology, as well as a minor in Religious Studies. At UNC, she serves as the chapter president and small group leader of the campus ministry InterVarsity. Gracie is joining staff at Waypoint as a college student ministry intern. Her work includes connecting with other college students at Waypoint and doing follow-up to ensure they have community and discipleship opportunities. 

 

During her free time, Gracie likes to do a little bit of everything. She can often be found reading mystery novels or watching "That '70s Show" DVDs next to one of her many pumpkin-scented candles. Out of the house, some of her favorite things to do include weightlifting, biking, hiking, and trying new foods!
