The Ultimate COVID-19 Family Resource Guide
The Ultimate COVID-19 Family Resource Guide
Okay, okay, so maybe this isn’t the ultimate resource guide, but it’s pretty comprehensive!
Creativity is abounding on the internet, and there are so many awesome resources to help keep you and your people from going stir crazy during these quarantine times. Below is a list of some of these resources, both specifically Christian, and not, educational things, and some things just for fun. Feel free to comment with your recommendations!
An exciting announcement – We’re going to begin Waypoint Storytime on Zoom!
We hope this will be a fun way to see familiar church faces and enjoy community. Please know that you are welcome to join and read whether you have kids or not!
Our first storytime will be this Friday at 10:30 AM and each Friday following until we all meet together as a church again!
We’ll start with a board book for the littlest of littles, do 1 or 2 simple songs, then a book that’s a little longer. To kick us off, Pastor Lawrence will read Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin, Jr. and John Archambault, and Megan will read God’s Very Good Idea by Trillia Newbell.
Sign up here to read a story in a future week.
You can join the storytime each Friday at this link: https://us04web.zoom.us/j/861576060; Meeting ID: 861 576 060
Now enjoy this list of resources collected from Waypoint Preschool, Waypoint members, parents, and online resources!

I pray that you are filled with the peace of God during this new-for-now normal. Please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org, any staff member, or the prayer team as listed on Realm, if we can lift you up during this time!
“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
