Switching your E-Giving Account
We are switching our e-giving service to avoid our previous e-giving service's recently increased transaction fees. This change will allow us to use more of your generous giving for ministry and advancing God's kingdom. Please take a few minutes to close your account with the previous service and open an account with the new service (instructions below).
Go to https://secure.egsnetwork.com/donate/9681369D64BC4C1 (the old giving service)
Click “Login” at the top right.
Type in your username and password.
Click “View My Account".
Under “Scheduled Payments” there will be a list of recurring or scheduled donations. (You can record these donations for your reference, if you need) Then click “Cancel” for all of them. This will cancel any scheduled donations that have not already started processing. If you have a donation scheduled to process today, you can wait a day or two later before canceling it.
It will ask “Are you sure you want to cancel this gift?” Click “Yes”.
Click “OK”.
Click “Logout” at the top right when you are finished canceling your scheduled donations.
Go to https://waypointrdu.churchcenter.com/login to set up your account with the new E-Giving Service. Follow the prompts to use either your phone number or your email address to get started.
Once you're successfully logged in, go to the "Give" page to set up recurring or one-time gifts for the General (tithes and offerings) or specific designated funds. Follow the prompts on the screen to submit your personal information.
Continue to follow the prompts on the screen to set up your giving.
When your gift is finalized, you will receive an email with a receipt of your gift.
